Delivery and Payment

We aim to deliver your goods within 3 working days.

We use UPS Standard delivery service. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during working hours and may require a signature. If you know you won’t be in, please provide an alternative delivery address.

We accept all major credit and debit cards with the exception of American Express.

Your payment card will be charged when your card is authorized at the time of placing your online order.

  • Read the troubleshooting section of the product manual as it may be a common problem that can be easily resolved.

All accessories come with a 24-month manufacturers repair warranty from date of purchase.

You can find support for pairing accessories within our Support Library.

Repairs after the 24-month warranty period are dependent upon the age and condition of the device and are charged. Damage resulting from excessive force, water ingress or other misuse is excluded from the replacement program and cannot be repaired under it.

Repair fee for devices up to five years old: £74.99 + VAT.

Returns

We hope you’re happy with your order, but if it doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a 30‑day money‑back guarantee. To arrange a return, please call our Customer Care team on 01869 352800 or email customercareuk@gnhearing.com and we’ll send you a pre‑paid postage label. Please return the unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Once we receive your return, we’ll refund the full cost of the product plus any delivery charge. Refunds are processed to your payment card and usually appear within 5–7 working days.

Please contact us on 01869 352800 and we will send you a postage label so you can your return package. On receipt, we will give you a full refund for the cost of the product plus any delivery charge paid. Refunds take 5-7 working days to be credited to your payment card.
