I recently started using one of the Phone Clips at work. Marvellous little gadget. I am a bit of a techno-numbskull but the team are so helpful.

I was already using a Multi-Mic to stream via my mobile, sound from my laptop or PC for me to minute meetings and audio type. A deaf person audio typing!! Wheyhey the power of technology.

However l found with the Multi-Mic l could listen in to teams meetings and training sessions but found with my laptop the mic wouldn’t work very well. Having purchased a few cheap mics from a certain internet company, l was getting frustrated by constantly asking people on the meetings, “can you hear me..?”.

I then emailed the Danalogic team and asked if there was a better option, which is when we decided the Phone Clip+ was the way to go.

I did have a few problems setting it up – although that turned out to be me not the clip, but a very lovely gentleman called Dave came out and set it up to my laptop 1:1. He made sure l could take calls and hear on meetings and that everything was working as it should.

It did take me a little while to get used to it and transition onto meetings smoothly, but with a bit of practice l got there and wouldn’t do without it now.
